Introducing Mobile Registration

With our mobile registration the patient check-in process is now much quicker, especially if you are a returning patient. No more waiting in line to verify and/or update information such as your insurance and address. Now with mobile registration you can take care of all that before coming in to the clinic, saving you time. Here are the simple mobile registration steps:

1. You will receive a text message the morning of your appointment.
2. Click on the link in the text to take you to registration.
3. Enter your date of birth and verify an address we have on file.
4. Verify and change demographic, insurance information, and upload pictures of insurance cards and photo ID’s.
5. Once you arrive at our office just let the reception desk know you're here.
